Registration for presenters:
The full 5-day IAGS Conference has the following fees:

​Student, Emerging Scholar, and Global South (8 April - 19 September): R5200

Early bird for presenters (8 April - 7 July 2025): R6240
​
Regular registration for presenters (8 July - 7 September 2025): R7280​​
​
Virtual conference registration for presenters (8 April - 19 September 2025): R2080

The single day pass for the IAGS Conference has the following fees:
SADC nationals (citizens of any of the SADC countries: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe): R600
Non SADC nationals: R1664

Conference registration is only available through the Conftool Portal. Please log into your user account and register as a participant.
Forms of payment allowed: credit/debit card
​
​The in-person conference registration fee includes access to both in-person and virtual conference presentations and events, snack breaks (coffee, tea, and light refreshments) for in-person attendees, and conference materials.
Day passes do not include evening and networking events
​
Please note that there will be conference excursions on the weekend before and after however these are still being finalised.

​​Cancellation policy:
​
Until 31 August 2025 cancellation requests will have 80% refund of the registration fee paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred. Please contact to inform the organisers: info@iags2025.com
From 1 September 2025 cancellation requests received are no longer eligible for a refund.
